01Who the guarantees apply to
The guarantees apply to qualified contractors. Whether you qualify, and the exact terms, are agreed in writing before we start.
02Website guarantee
Two promises come with the Estimate Engine Website:
- See it before you pay. We build your homepage in 5 business days. You only pay if you love it.
- At least one job from your website within 6 months, or your money back.
03Conditions for the website guarantee
- You already get work through Google or referrals.
- You link the new website from your Google Business Profile.
- Jobs are tracked through the website’s tracked phone number and forms.
04Full Calendar System guarantee
You win at least 3x your total investment in signed jobs within 90 days. If not, you choose a remedy (see “Your remedy” below).
05Conditions for the Full Calendar System guarantee
- An ad budget of at least $2,000 a month, kept running for the full 90 days.
- The 90 days start when the ads go live.
- Quotes are sent within 24 hours.
- Booked estimates are run within 48 hours.
- Every estimate is marked won or lost in our CRM.
- Your prices are within the normal market range.
06Definitions
- “Signed jobs”: contracts signed by homeowners who came through our system, from estimates run within the 90 days and signed up to 15 days after.
- “Total investment”: ad spend plus our fee during the 90 days.
07Your remedy
If the Full Calendar System guarantee is not met, you choose one remedy: we keep working for free until the target is reached, or we refund our fee. Not both.
Ad spend is never refunded.
